SERVICE & TRAINING SALES TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a candidate interested in having a professional development in a dynamic and stimulating environment. The Service & Training Sales Technician is responsible for providing remote pre- and post-sales technical assistance to Customers and providing indications, in support of the Sales Area, in the choice of product or application technical solutions. He/she deals with the technical training regarding the products, both the Company’s internal Staff and the Customers. The ideal candidate is oriented towards team work, proactive problem solving, loves to learn new skills and relate to people.

 

Main Activities:

  • Take care of the correct management of the pre- and post-sales telephone and e-mail service according to the procedures agreed with the Service & Training Department Manager.
  • Provide support for the rapid resolution of reported and/or encountered problems
  • Manage customer requests in a timely, professional manner, using technical support
  • Prepare ad hoc material (diagrams/videos) to facilitate the resolution of the problem
  • Manage any returns
  • Take care of the correct closure of the Ticket in the system
  • Manage the technical training of colleagues and customers, from the projecting of the program to the appropriate delivery method
  • Coordinate with the Commercial and Marketing Area for the organization of Technical-Commercial days and Events

 

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Linguistics, Technical or similar subjects
  • Good knowledge of English and of another language among French (preferable), Spanish or German
  • Knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Suite
  • Preferable previous experience in companies operating in the automation field

 

Company Proposal:

  • full-time hours/in-site work
