We are looking for an ACCOUNTING AND RECEPTION EMPLOYEE to be hired in the HeadQuarter. The employee will report to the Administrative Manager and will be responsible for ensuring all activities related to the active and passive accounting of one of the Group Companies, as well as the management and implementation activities of the Reception.
Activities and responsibilities:
- Guarantee the correct issuing of invoices to the end customer
- Manage the registration of payable invoices
- Manage the recording of receipts, payments and bank journal notes
- Manage commission calculation
- Manage the correct archiving of documents
- Monitor deadlines and collaborate in the management of relevant tax obligations
- Manage the correct sorting of calls and compile the relevant register
- Manage the sorting of internal mail to and from other locations
- Manage the reception of all staff in the company (internal and external)
- Maintain order in the reception and in common use rooms (for example meeting rooms)
- Ensure that there is always consumable material available
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in economic subjects or similar fields
- Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of a second language is preferable but not essential)
- Expertise in general accounting
- Knowledge of VAT accounting regimes
- Knowledge of administrative-accounting procedures
- Familiarity with electronic invoicing
- Knowledge of tax obligations, both periodic and annual
- Ability to use IT tools
- Familiarity with various accounting management software programs and ERP (SAP)
- Ability to correctly manage a switchboard
