HSE MANAGER & RSPP/ASPP Comunello Group

We are looking for an HSE & RSPP/ASPP Manager for the 4 production plants who, reporting to the General Management, are responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring company policies and procedures aimed at protecting the health and safety of workers, as well as preserving the environment and implement corporate sustainability, implementing targeted, innovative actions that comply with current regulations. The candidate, in terms of professional completion and growth, will also be able to take on the role of facility manager.

 

Activities and responsibilities:

  • Manage and promote the corporate Safety management system according to the UNI INAIL Guidelines in all companies of the Comunello group, preparation, monitoring and evaluation of Health and Safety strategies, in accordance with the values ​​and principles of the Corporate and in compliance with the ISO45001 standard and Legislative Decree 231/2001;
  • Set up and update the organization and management model referred to in the art. 30 of Legislative Decree 81/2008;
  • Collaborate and periodically update the Employer, the Safety Delegate appointed pursuant to art. 16 and of the Supervisory Body for the maintenance of Model 231;
  • Collaborate with the Employer and its Delegates for the preparation and/or updating of the Risk Assessment Document, referred to in the art. 17, paragraph 1, letter d of Legislative Decree 81/2008, develop, to the extent of its competence, the preventive and protective measures referred to in the art. 28, paragraph 2, and the control systems for such measures);
  • Propose information and training programs for workers;
  • Ensure the correct application of the health protocol drawn up by the Competent Doctor.
  • Draw up specific procedures, operating instructions and forms necessary for job training and standardization of work activities;
  • Manage accidents and injuries at work with specific reports analyzing the causes and sharing them with the interested parties;
  • Support external studies for practices relating to new buildings, structures and systems (fire prevention SCIA, usability, etc.);
  • Collaborate with Management, the Technical Office and all other related bodies on Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability issues with particular regard to the implementation of the ESG policy;
  • Verify the conformity of machines and equipment, collaborating with external consultants for the drafting of manuals and CE declarations of self-built systems;
  • Manage plant and machine maintenance schedules in collaboration with external suppliers;
  • Spread the “Zero Accidents” company culture and policy through continuous staff training;
  • Update the legislation on Health and Safety in the workplace in every application area;
  • Check the suitability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
  • Collaborate with laboratories and external consultancy firms for environmental practices (e.g. AUA), monitoring of emissions on soil, water and atmosphere and projects to reduce environmental impacts;
  • Drafting of the D.U.V.R.I., required by art. 26 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 for all contracting companies and self-employed workers present in the structure;
  • Supervision of waste management activities

 

Requirements:

  • Preferred degree in technical disciplines of prevention in the environment and workplaces and/or engineering faculties;
  • At least 5 years’ experience gained in the role, within structured companies, preferably of a production type;
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
  • RSPP title pursuant to art. 32 of Legislative Decree 81/2008
  • Candidates with a current ASPP role will also be positively evaluated
